The new episodes look amazing, but imo, theyre nothing comapred to the older works.... they were AMAZING.... er

And Video Games = copyrighted. It was fine to use them as a free cartoon on Newgrounds as no one is ever going to sue or demand they be taken down but now that I'm trying to make a living it's not doable.
The old cartoons are exactly that, the old ones. If you don't enjoy the new ones, hey don't watch em then but the old format is not a repeatable format for making a career out of my work.
I get that point but under the parody law you are able to reference them but I guess you probably wouldnt want to directly reference them.
and my point was the music is pretty distracting don't get me wrong your doing a great job with what you have, but I got your point.
Obviously you don't understand parody law. Just using a song isn't a parody unless you PARODY it. Trust me, if I could have used video game music I would have but I enjoy the new format music just as much.

I do like the new Episodes on the escapist and I'm a fan of the old one's to. Both are very funny.

yeah I saw it, as interesting but the music totally ruins it its like a tim burton musical now with like random happy music going on the whole time, I think what made it awsome was all the references to pop culture with music or whatever
